When you contact us, we use your address and message to answer your request and follow up, based on our legitimate interest in supporting festival visitors. These data are kept for as long as needed for that exchange. Please do not send bank or payment card details.

Recipients and hosting

Recipients are the association and the providers needed to run the site and newsletter, within their respective tasks. Hosting is provided by Alfahosting GmbH in Germany. The host may process technical logs for operation and security; the site adds neither advertising tracking nor external geolocation.

External services

You choose when to open Ditix, social networks, Maps directions or partner websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them. No social content, maps or third-party videos are automatically embedded here.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data.
